Not really, moderators have certain features for a reason, and they will not abuse these rights. Moderators are special members of the game and they have certain responsibilities such as, banning, kicking ect. It is there job in part to keep the game in check, to stop members of the game who are ruining the game for other members. So in a nutshell, I think it is fair that moderators have certain advantageous features.
