Go just east into the craft shop with 4M CASH.
Starting with roughly 4M:
Craft 75 Sapphire Amulets (magic ammy), this will get you 40 crafting in 3 trips!
Next craft.. 240 Emerald Amulets (defence ammy), this will get you 60 in 8 trips :\!
Congratulations, you're now 60 crafting!
Craft 307 Ruby Amulets (ouch, big chunk of cash there!)(aka Strength amulet) You need 12 trips for this :O!
70 Crafting! ~YaY~YaY~YaY~
Now time to make Diamond Amulets/Power Amulets (244 required).
After doing so, you've probably exhausted most of your cash... So...

Time to sell to general store! Go teleport to falador and bring all your amulets (NOTED) and sell them... YES 10 AT A TIME! :[!!!!!

Now gather all your money, we're going to make lotsa Dstone :]!

-In 10 hour of time you've made a painful 1.5M-

We cut dstone until 99 because Onyx is a rip-off :O! DON'T EVER DO ONYX!
